Kronvi LLC ("Kronvi," "we," "our," or "us") offers subscription-based access to our no-show prevention and booking automation platform. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available and how to request them.

Kronvi offers a 14-day free trial on all subscription plans. No credit card is required to start your trial. You will not be charged anything during the trial period. If you choose not to upgrade at the end of your trial, your account will simply become read-only and no charge will ever be applied.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance, depending on the billing cycle you select. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Billing is processed securely by Paddle, our payment provider. Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions, which means Paddle handles all sales tax, VAT, and payment compliance on our behalf.
All subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to all paid features until the end of your current billing period. We do not issue prorated refunds for unused days within a billing cycle.
We will issue a full refund of the most recent payment in the following circumstances:
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Billing page inside the Kronvi dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period — you will not lose access immediately.
When you cancel, your client data, appointments, and settings are retained for 30 days after your subscription ends. After 30 days, data may be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
Annual subscriptions are discounted (equivalent to 2 months free). If you cancel an annual subscription, you retain access through the end of the annual period. We do not issue prorated refunds for the remaining months on an annual plan, except under the exception criteria listed above.
Before initiating a chargeback with your bank, please contact us first at hello@kronvi.com. We resolve legitimate billing disputes quickly and without the hassle of a formal chargeback process. Accounts with open chargebacks may be suspended pending resolution.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or a notice in your dashboard at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of Kronvi after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
