Refund Policy

Overview

Kronvi LLC ("Kronvi," "we," "our," or "us") offers subscription-based access to our no-show prevention and booking automation platform. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available and how to request them.

By subscribing to Kronvi, you agree to this Refund Policy. If you have questions, contact us at hello@kronvi.com.

Free Trial

Kronvi offers a 14-day free trial on all subscription plans. No credit card is required to start your trial. You will not be charged anything during the trial period. If you choose not to upgrade at the end of your trial, your account will simply become read-only and no charge will ever be applied.

Subscription Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance, depending on the billing cycle you select. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Billing is processed securely by Paddle, our payment provider. Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions, which means Paddle handles all sales tax, VAT, and payment compliance on our behalf.

Refund Eligibility

No refunds on the current billing period

All subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to all paid features until the end of your current billing period. We do not issue prorated refunds for unused days within a billing cycle.

Exceptions — when we do issue refunds

We will issue a full refund of the most recent payment in the following circumstances:

  • You were charged after canceling your subscription, due to a billing system error on our end.
  • You were charged twice for the same billing period due to a technical error.
  • Kronvi experienced significant platform downtime (greater than 72 consecutive hours) that prevented you from using the service during your paid period, and we were unable to resolve it.
  • You request a refund within 48 hours of your first paid charge after upgrading from a free trial, and you have not made more than 10 bookings or sent reminders through the platform.

How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Billing page inside the Kronvi dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period — you will not lose access immediately.

When you cancel, your client data, appointments, and settings are retained for 30 days after your subscription ends. After 30 days, data may be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under one of the eligible exceptions above, email us at hello@kronvi.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:

  • Your account email address
  • The date and amount of the charge you believe was made in error
  • A brief description of the issue

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are discounted (equivalent to 2 months free). If you cancel an annual subscription, you retain access through the end of the annual period. We do not issue prorated refunds for the remaining months on an annual plan, except under the exception criteria listed above.

Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback with your bank, please contact us first at hello@kronvi.com. We resolve legitimate billing disputes quickly and without the hassle of a formal chargeback process. Accounts with open chargebacks may be suspended pending resolution.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or a notice in your dashboard at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of Kronvi after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
